ARW Magyarorszag Kft operates the only waste glass recycling plant in Hungary. Flat and bottle glass are processed in this plant to high quality secondary raw materials. These raw materials are used by the customers directly in the new production.
For the recycling plant, Austrian sorting technology is used.
The current production capacity is 60,000 tons of input per year.
Zalai HUKE Kft. is the largest distributor of commercial and industrial waste in the HUKE Group.
Plant location: HU-1108 Budapest, Kozma utca 5-7
Since 2015, Zalai HUKE Kft. has been operating a sorting plant for municipal and commercial packaging waste in the middle of Budapest.
60 percent of Budapest’s total packaging waste is handled on-site.
There is currently a sorting capacity of around 6,000 tons per year.
The following fractions are sorted:
– Cardboard and paper waste
– wood waste
– plastic packaging
– bottle glass
– flat glass
– metal packaging
– wooden packaging
Sárvári HUKE Kft. Is the plastics recycling expert in the HUKE Group. For the past nine years Sarvar has been operating a high-tech PET bottle recycling plant.
This plant is technical constantly being updated to be up-to-date. This allows us to produce very high quality products. Currently, about 14,000 tons of PET flakes are produced each year.
Operating sites: HU-9800, Vasvár, hrsz 2041/1.
Vasvar is currently building a state-of-the-art plant for the production of alternative fuels from residual waste. The plant will have an annual processing capacity of 15,000 tonnes.
Already in the past years, the HUKE Group has already produced smaller quantities of substitute fuels for power and cement power plants
In this way already a lot of experience in this area has gained.
It is particularly important that all present pollutions are filtered out and the waste is mixed in such a way that particularly high calorific values of 22-25 MJ are achieved.
With the expansion of the new location in Vasvar, the HUKE Group is creating a new production focus.
Operating site: HU-9400 Sopron, Kelta u. 3. and 5.
In Sopron, a sorting plant for commercial and industrial waste is operated.
The delivered materials are sorted by material and color and then pressed to optimize the transport weight.
The current production capacity is around 5,000 tons per year.
